1. Use of the Application / १. ॲप्लिकेशनचा वापर

• You agree to use Cinebration only for lawful purposes.
• You must not misuse, hack, or disrupt the application.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

• तुम्ही Cinebration चा वापर केवळ कायदेशीर हेतूंसाठी करण्यास सहमत आहात.
• तुम्ही ॲप्लिकेशनचा गैरवापर, हॅकिंग किंवा व्यत्यय आणू नये.
• गैरवापर आढळल्यास प्रवेश निलंबित किंवा समाप्त करण्याचा अधिकार आम्ही राखून ठेवतो.

2. User Accounts / २. वापरकर्ता खाती

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

तुमच्या खात्याच्या क्रेडेंशियलची गोपनीयता राखण्यासाठी तुम्ही जबाबदार आहात. तुमच्या खात्यांतर्गत होणाऱ्या कोणत्याही क्रियेसाठी तुम्ही जबाबदार असाल.

3. Intellectual Property / ३. बौद्धिक संपदा

All content, design, logos, and features of Cinebration are owned by Daxabit unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

अन्यथा नमूद केल्याशिवाय Cinebration मधील सर्व मजकूर, डिझाइन, लोगो आणि वैशिष्ट्ये Daxabit च्या मालकीची आहेत. परवानगीशिवाय तुम्ही ॲपच्या कोणत्याही भागाची कॉपी, पुनरुत्पादन किंवा वितरण करू शकत नाही.

4. Payments / ४. पेमेंट आणि व्यवहार

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers like Razorpay. We do not store your sensitive banking credentials.

Payments are securely processed and credited to the official Wallydeco business account.

पेमेंट सुरक्षितपणे प्रोसेस केले जातात आणि अधिकृत Wallydeco व्यवसाय खात्यात जमा केले जातात.

We are not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external service providers.

बँका, पेमेंट गेटवे किंवा बाह्य सेवा प्रदात्यांमुळे झालेल्या पेमेंट अपयशासाठी किंवा विलंबासाठी आम्ही जबाबदार नाही.

5. Limitation of Liability / ५. दायित्वाची मर्यादा

Daxabit shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Cinebration.

Cinebration च्या वापरामुळे किंवा वापरता न आल्यामुळे होणाऱ्या कोणत्याही नुकसानीसाठी Daxabit जबाबदार राहणार नाही.

6. Changes to Terms / ६. अटींमधील बदल

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated terms.

आम्ही या अटी आणि शर्ती कधीही अपडेट करू शकतो. ॲपचा सतत वापर केल्यास तुम्ही अपडेट केलेल्या अटी स्वीकारल्या आहेत असे मानले जाईल.
